Known
as Armored Blue: Gunvolt in japan it uses the time tested game play made famous
by the megaman series and ads its own twist, namely that Gunvolt has a tag gameplay
system and the Idol/Muse mode. There will be minor spoilers.

Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba - charcoal seller turn demon killer
Demon
Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba is an anime series based on the manga sries by Koyoharu
Gotoge adapted by Ufotable that premiered on April 6, 2019. It currently has
20+ episode as by the writing of this Blog and is still an ongoing anime
series.
It
took me a while before getting on to this series due to my somewhat crazy
schedule but I eventually managed to binge watch all the latest episode so far.
I haven't read a single chapter of the manga so I won't be making any
comparison to it on this review. But still minor spoilers flag is up for this
one.

Starwars: The Rise of the Skywalker Trailer 2 - Showed Too much and Too Little
The
second trailer for Starwars: The Rise of the Skywalker just dropped and it
showed some really interesting stuff. Some of it was already theorized at one
point and a couple of times before. Some new stuff that nobody probably
expected too. I'll go breakdown the trailer on what I find good, bad and the
all stuff in between.
I'm
sure this trailers been picked upon by a lot of fans by now with theories and
what not so I've decided I'd give my two cents in as well. Also spoiler flag is
up just in case some of these theories ever did come true in the actual film.
Blazing Chrome - an Indie style Contra Game
Blazing
Chrome is a run and gun shooter influenced by shooters like Contra and metal
Slug. Developed by JoyMasher, a Brazilian gaming studio that specializes on
making Retro inspired games. The game is published by the Arcade Crew, CE Asia.
The game pays homage to the 16 bit shooters and often pushes it further.
It's
as pulse pounding and exciting as the most famous run and gun shooter games
today. Since it is 16 bit it can practically run on any pc platform available
today.

Starwars: The Mandalorian Trailer - Analysis and What we know so far
The
official trailer for the Starwars: The Mandalorian just dropped on youtube and
it looking great. For those not familiar with what it is the show is basically
a spin off story of a lone Mandalorian gunslinger set in the same universe as
that galaxy far far away.
What
makes Starwars: The Mandalorian exciting is unlike Boba Fett and Jango Fett who
a lot of Starwars hardcore fan already know so much about this "Mandalorian"
is an entirely new character so folks can expect a lot of new and unexpected
things from this character.
Valkyrie Drive: Mermaid - Guns, Swords and More
Valkyrie Drive: Mermaid as you would expect leans on the ecchi, fantasy
side and its not afraid to show it. The
show certainly is not trying to be the next big anime thing yet is surprisingly
still entertaining. So if ecchi and yuri is your thing then read on.

Shadow Chun li kicks nostalgia feel into SFV AE
Anybody
who has played Marvel vs Capcom: Clash of Heroes will remember the infamous
Shadow Chun li or known to some folks as simply Shadow lady character. Basically
a dark color swap of Chun li for the MvC game which is as OP as Cyber Akuma of
the same title.
Started
out as somewhat as a hidden character Sub boss Shadow Chun li character has
appeared in other MvC titles but I'm sure a lot of folks didn't expect to see the
character make the jump to Street Fighter V Arcade Edition around last week.

Way of the Samurai 2 - A Samurai X type game that isn't Samurai X
Way
of the Samurai 2 is the second game in the franchise and was also released in
October 2003 for the PS2 more than a year after the first game hit shelves way back
in February 2002. Now published by Capcom taking the reins from its previous
publisher Eidos Interactive.
Sadly
with a ton of great games for the ps2 this game went under the radar for a lot of
folks but still got enough of a following on its own. Even I admit that it took
me a while before I discovered this game was even available for the playstation
2.

Isekai Cheat Magician - An Isekai that subtlety Mixes Science and Magic
What
do you do when you got an Isekai character that is too OP that even the main character
knows it. Isekai Cheat Magician is pretty much what the title suggest. An Isekai
anime where the main character is considered too powerful it feels like a
gameshark cheat. The idea in itself is a two sided sword at best. Also there will be a bit of spoilers in this review.

Need for Speed Heat Trailer - Faster Cars and Angrier Cops
The trailer of Need
for Speed Heat has just dropped and its looking very promising. From the combined creative minds of EA and Ghost Games comes the latest
addition to the ever expanding NFS game lineup. This is just a trailer analysis however and the final game might be totally different.

Undefeated - One of the best Man of Steel inspired game and it's FREE
If
there's anything that Batman Arkham and the new Sony Spider-man showed us is
that everyone loves a good superhero game. But why hasn't been there been a good
superhero game about Suprman, the first superhero that started it all?
Answers
will vary depending on who you ask. But then comes a game like Undefeated. An open
world game greatly inspired by the Man of Steel and surprisingly blew nearly everyone's
expectations away.

My Top 10 Isekai Protagonist
With
isekai becoming somewhat a trend for quite a while now I've finally decided to make my Top 10 list of
Isekai anime protagonist just for the heck of it. I've been wanting to make one
for a long time but can't decide how in depth I would make it since Isekai theme
can date as far as Aura battler and Rayearth. Eventually I decided to focus on recent
Isekai animes. Sorry El Hazard.
To
those that still don't know what Isekai anime are they are anime where the main
character is brought to another world or dimension be it the future, the past
or an entire new dimension. This places also cover past future and even inside
of video games.

decided to breakdown all of the characters from what we know about them so far
from the pros and cons in term of their fighting style, special moves and fighting
styles. take note that these moves can be change and alter before the final
release so please take everything with a grain of salt just to be safe.

Geekatana Anime Review: Full Metal Panic: The Second Raid
While
the Full Metal Panic Fumoffu deals on the comedic aspect of the series, Full
Metal Panic the Second Raid however dives into the far more serious aspect of
the series which is the military and political side of things.

Geekatana Movie Review: Hello, Love, Goodbye
I'll
be frank I have no intention of watching Hello, Love, Goodbye. I was more of
dragged into it by someone. I haven't watched even the trailer or even read a
short synopsis on what the film was about. My sister wanted to see it so I sort
of just went to see the film just to accompany her.
I'm
clearly not a big fan of love story movies specially local made films since
they tend to be the typical cliche romcom with unoriginal or over used plots. But
still judging a film this early without seeing it was bad so I kept an open
mind and went into the theater hoping for the best. Also minor spoilers.

Geekatana Review: Gen:LOCK
Gen:LOCK
is a 3d animated mecha sci fi series for Rooster Teeth a company known for its
Red vs Blue and RWBY series among other fan favorites. The concept was first
announced as far back as July 2017 but the first episode wasn't released until almost
two years later in January 2019.
I
was planning to watch and review this series since it was first released but
was always been put off due to other priorities that keep popping up on my end.
But at least I'm happy to announce that I kept away from spoilers for this show
until I finally got to binge watch it last week.
