This
list will only include movies I've managed to watched this year. Expect some of
your favorites to not to make the list cause it be a disservice to rank a film
I haven't watched yet. With that thing clear let get on with the My Top 10 Movies
of 2019.

Geekatane Review - The Mandalorian - the Starwars Western
The Mandalorian, also known as Star Wars: The
Mandalorian, is not something I was really excited for when it was first
announced. I feel it will just be another long drawn story of either Boba Fett
or Jango as a way to Disney to bleed the franchise further.
In fact it wasn't until episode 5 that I decided to start
watching it and see what all the hype was about. I've decided to let the series
run its course on Disney+ before going into the review to give it a proper
review of sort. Also there will be minor spoilers in this one.

Geekatana Movie Review - Starwars: The Rise of Skywalker - Threading on familiar grounds
Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker is a movie produced, co-written, and directed by J. J. Abrams. It is the
third installment of the Star Wars sequel trilogy, following The Force Awakens (2015) and The Last Jedi (2017). It is the final
episode of the nine-part "Skywalker saga" and
was produced by Lucasfilm and
Abrams's production company Bad Robot Productions. Its distributed by Walt Disney Studios
Motion Pictures.
Wanting
to avoid spoilers I decided to go watch the advance screening of the film which
will air in the Philippines from December 20 to 22 on selected theaters
throughout the country due to the MMFF. The film has already gotten mixed
reviews from critics. And I wanted to see if myself to give my own too cents on
it.

Jumanji the Next Level - Doubling Up on Everything Jumanji
Jumanji:
The Next Level is a 2019 American fantasy adventure comedy film directed
by Jake Kasdan and written by Kasdan, Jeff Pinkner and Scott Rosenberg.
The film is the sequel to 1995's Jumanji that starred Robin Williams,
following 2017's Jumanji: Welcome to
the Jungle. It is fourth installment, overall, in the Jumanji franchise.
I only
watched the film yesterday as the writing of this review so I'm really late in
this one. I've watched Jumanji Welcome to the Jungle so I've decided to do a
review on this one as well. Minor spoilers are in effect just to be sure.

Geekatana Game Review - KOF All Star - KOF Nostalgia in Android Game form
The King of Fighters All Star is a beat 'em up role-playing game developed
by Netmarble
Games and published by SNK for the iOS and Android. It was released first in Japan back in July 26, 2018.
The english version was released in English regions on October 22, 2019.
I'm a fan of KOF but didn't play this game on its release
date since I was having issues with the control mechanics of KOF as a whole.
Thankfully this was all put to rest when I finally tried my hands on the game a
few weeks later. Anyways enough about that and lets all just dive into this review.

Azur Lane the Animation - Ship girls vs ship girls and aliens
Azur
lane the Animation i based on the Android mobile game simple known as Azur Lane.
adaptation for television was announced in
September 2018. The anime series is directed by Tensho, director of Grisaia
and Rewrite's anime adaptations, with writer Jin Haganeya, and
Yasunori Nishiki composing the music.
I've actually watched the anime series before actually picking
up the game for the Android. Also since I've done the review of the Android game
I think it is only fitting I do a review of the anime series as well. You can
check the review on the android game here.
