Been
to every Samyup place we could find last year cause lets face it I love myself
some korean barbecue. I think we have been to at least seven different korean
barbecue restaurant that even I was surprised. Even though I am no expert in anything korean but I do
have my favorites. So why not make a Top 5 list of them right off my head.
This
is a Top 5 Unli Korean Barbecue resto so don't expect to see Yakimix and the
likes here since that falls under the Eat All You Can category and isn't a unli
korean barbecue centered resto. Also
this list is by far not a definitive list as taste varies from person to
person. With that said lets get on with the Top 5 list
5
Jin Joo Korean Grill
Much
as I love the Instagramability of the place the service is lacking specially
for the price specially since it doesn't come with an unli drink. Still the
food is pretty decent and enjoyable. Still a bit too pricey for the amount of
service they offer. Still if your into ambiance and have the cash to burn then
you should give this place a try.
4
Sib Yul Lee
Another
Instagramable -ish korean resto but is much better in terms of the menu and
service. What sets this one better is how they offer better side dishes and an
option to get an unli drink for additional cost. Expensive but the food variety
and taste is worth the extra price.
3
Mr Korea Unlimited Barbecue
From
the same group that conceptualized Jinn Juu Korean comes a much better unli korean
experience. Although the resto is definitely as Instagramable as the other two
mentioned above it makes up for it for the korean meat menu variety. Not the
cheapest unli experience in the Metro but the cheese dip, 3 drink variety and
at least 5 type of meat and pork variety pretty much got us sold. And with 100
pesos you get an unli Bulgogi soup.
2 All4You Unlimited Grill and Shabu Shabu
This
Unli resto isn't the best in any category but it is the jack of all trades for
that unli korean experience. It doesn't have the pork and meat variety of other
unlimited korean resto but offers unlimited shrimp and unli chicken on the
menu. It also has the best unlimited Shabu Shabu experience I've encountered and
one of the better tasting samjang dip. They also offer korean ice cream as
dessert with the unli korean package. The price does goes up to 600 pesos if
you want to add the Bulgogi soup but the price is definitely worth it.
HONORABLE
MENTIONS: Romantic baboy, KPub, Soban K Town.
1
Samyupsalamat
Offering
more than 5 kinds of pork and meat respectively Samyupsalamat is in the league
of its own. With the use of charcoal to cook its meat Samyupsalamat gives the
best tasting korean experience in the Metro and for a very low price tag. They
now also offer a cheese dip option and some branches also offer an ice cream dessert.
if you want to get into the unli korean barbecue experience than this definitely
a must.
