Pokemon Themed metal Straw at 7-11

What do you get when you combine a metal straw and a Pokemon? Well it's having a Pokemon themed metal straw that's what! Ok that statement is probably as cheesy and weak as Sunkern or Magikarp but you got to admit these metal straws are a real winner.

7-11 stores has been known for having some really cool stuff and although not everything appeals to everyone these Pokemon Themed Metal Straws is a guaranteed hit to Pokemon fans everywhere...specially if you're a Pokemon X and Y. Even if you're not into Pokemon you got to admit these kind of metal straws are really, really cute.

With a small price of 89 pesos or less than two dollars you can get one of these Pokemon metal straws based from the Pokemon X  and Y anime that is currently being aired in GMA 7. You also get a 22 oz. Pepsi GULP. If that isn't a great deal I don't know what is specially considering these type of straws are hard to come by. The straws come in Blind packs so you're not really sure what your really getting.

Not only is the straw well made they are also a nice addition for novelty and collectors alike. They are even great gift ideas for your friends and office mates at work. Specially since plastic straws are starting to be a thing of the past these straws are just perfect. And there's 10 Pokemon designs to choose from.

Collecting all 10 of it is a challenge though since you can't open the blind packs but have to rely on feeling the straw through the plastic packs. But its way more easy compared to those 7-11 City Blend stirrer pens that you literary have to rely on luck to collect all the designs. The Gulp also come in Pokemon themed paper cups.

I went around about seven different 7-11 branches to collect all 10 of them. Some of them I got by simply luck as my knowledge of Pokemon is so minimal that it can fit on the head of a pin. There's also the problem of some of the branches not having Pepsi products so your forced to buy just the metal straw itself without the Pepsi drink that goes with it.

Of the ten Mega Charizard, mega Blastoise, Lucario and the electric Fairy Type Pokemon Dedenne are considered the rare ones. And for me Dedenne is one of the hardest one to find.
