Ant Man and Wasp Trailer Reaction

The new Ant Man and Wasp Trailer has recently drop on youtube and its looking great. There is certainly more Ant man action that fans have known and love since the first Ant Man movie.

Does this picks up where Avengers Infinity War left off? Maybe....or maybe not. Since these movie seem to be an interlinking puzzle it probably will have something to do with the Avengers 4 coming out next year.

Judging by this trailer this explains what was Ant Man been doing after Civil War movie and that is chasing bad guys and using a truck as a kick scooter. 

My closes guess would be this was around Thor Ragnarok was happening up in space with the Hulk and the whole trouble on Thor's home.

Seems like some crazy group is hell bent on acquiring Ant Mans particle tech. I mean who doesn't want the ability to shrink objects. 

You can shrink an entire army in a suitcase and easily invade any country without them knowing what your up to until its too late. 

Despite the high stakes the trailer feel seems to tone down on the complicated scientific stuff and concentrate on the fun aspect of the idea in favor of lots of action with a hint of humor here and there.

It certainly a nice breath of fresh air specially if you just came out from watching Infinity War and still reeling from the shock the movie left on a lot of its viewers.

I take it they are taking notes on the success of Spiderman Homecoming and Thor Ragnarok where you mix serious action with humor. I specially like the banter between Ant man and Wasp in the trailer.

The characters seem to have an upgrade too since the new Wasp knows how to fight which seems a bit far from her model/scientist comic counterpart. She could probably give Black Widow a good fight if ever they decide to cross paths.

We also get to see a new main villain in form of a female with a new suit that can phase through objects which is a step up from the previous antagonist in the last Ant man film.

The trailer seem to be a good fun movie with lots of action and humor which is a nice thing too specially after the events of Infinity War.

This is just the first official trailer and I'm already excited for this movie since I'm a big fan of fun action packed movies with a dash of humor. 

Since the trailer hint that Ant man can grow big is there any chance we will see him fighting a giant kaiju in this new movie? That Ant Man coming out of the water has a nice Godzilla/ Pacific Rim touch to it too.

I'm definitely excited. What do you guys think?
