Venom Official Teaser Trailer Breakdown

The first Venom Official Teaser Trailer just dropped and its looking good. So I decided to break it down to see if we can get an idea on whats the movie is going to be about. So far before the teaser trailer we just know that its a solo Venom movie that will not be part of the MCU so we wont be expecting to see peter parker or other marvel characters to be showing up on this...but who really knows for sure.

This being just a teaser trailer I don't expect seeing much but  let still break it down and lets all still see what we can find.

Here we got Tom Hardy as Eddie Brock in what seems to be some sort of medical facility and by reaction he isnt all that well. My guess is the Venom symbiote is trying to take over his mind. he is probably being run into some test. Lets face it Venom isnt exactly one of the good guys.

Here we see him running probably getting away from those who seem to want him. This gives some sort of the movie Fugitive vibe to this scene. This feels like that Bruce Banner chase scene in the Incredible Hulk where the Hulk was also hunted down.

Here we see some government looking folks looking at some type of crash site. Those familiar with Venoms origin in the comics knows the Venom symbiote came from space. 

This doesn't look like a space shuttle though but more of an alien spacecraft to me. Sicne sadly this wont be part of the MCU they are probably doing their own thing with the origin while keeping as close to the actual origin story in the comics.

Here we get to see some sort of medical facility. Is it the same facility where Eddie brock was held or was it another place. He seem to infiltrating it here rather than getting away so its really anybodys guess. Maybe he is there to find answers.

Here we get to see Michelle Williams. She is rumored to play as Ann Weying the sort of wife of Venom. Will she be the movies villain or she is just there for a teaser for things to come in future Venom movies.

Here we see Eddie Brock at a convenient store. Love the jacket by the way. I like how they show how he is just your typical guy until he gets wrapped up with the Symbiote.

Well according to the teaser there will be some great action chases. Maybe in the future trailers we can get more venom action cause the last thing most fans want to see is a venom movie with a lot less Venom showing.

Sadly we didnt get a picture of Tom hardy in the venom suit. All we got is this subtle scene of the said symbiote inside some scientific container. This is probably the same facility where Tom was held. This feels like a transport container. So this begs the question if said symbiote really did came from space or was it scientifically created in the said lab. 

Tom hardy accent feels nice as he narrates much of the teaser trailer and it looks good but since its not part of the MCU we probably wont see a decent Venom versus Spiderman showdown in the future than again the Spider-verse is filled with a lot of villains to choose from. Maybe we can get Carnage.

Well thats pretty much what I could make out on the teaser trailers. Its not much but its not that bad either. I just hope we get a decent villain and more Venom action.

The Spiderman movie got an origin story and a decent amount of Spiderman action and a villain in its first movie. lets hope this follows the same formula while being its own thing.

Venom is currently set to hit theaters on October 5, 2018.
