Geekatana Food Review: 8 Cuts Burger Blends

My first experience with 8 Cuts Burger Blends is when my sister invited me to lunch one weekday afternoon. I haven't written any food review on this Blog simply cause I'm clearly no expert when it comes to describing taste and flavor. But I guess one's got to learn to jump in the water first before one can learn how to swim.

I first encountered 8 Cuts Burger Blends when my sister invited me for lunch one afternoon and recommended to try the place out. The place was crowded that we have to settle for a seat outside so you can tell the place is really well known by this time.

I didn't know what to expect so I let my sister order and we got different burgers just to dive into it. The restaurant offers customizable burger menu so you can tell them what you want on your burger experience although they do have burger recommendations on the menu.

You can choose from different type of patty from kaiser, brioche or sesame. From there you can choose what type meat you want for your burger. Customers can either get a beef, ox or steak meat for their burger. You can also choose the toppings of from vegetables, tomatoes, cheese, garlic, etc.

How you combine these ingredients will determine your burger experience so having a little burger experience would go a long way. But then if you want to be adventurous then this is a good way to go at it. In fact they recommend experimenting so you get a wide variety of choices to select from. But mostly they have five types of beef you can choose from.

The House Blend is their bestseller and is juicier since it has the most fat in all the burgers on the menu, The Beef Bomb is the typical high beef burger, The Ox Blend which is also quite flavorful, The Big game which is a Brisket Beef, and then the Steak Cut made from Sirloin Steak.

Personally if you don't know what you really want I'd recommend to just order the Cheeseburger which quarter-pounder house blend all-beef patty with American cheddar, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and your choice of sauce no. 3 or no. 4 on a sesame seed bun. I usually get the sauce no. 3 for this. It goes well with a glass of ice tea and maybe get some crispy cut fries and onion rings on the side.

They also got Chicken Wings and fries as well but the burgers are clearly the star of this place and it shows. Sure the 8 Cut Burger Blend price is a bit steep on the price but for the variety, quality and flavor more than makes up for it.

The 8 Cut Burger Blends is probably one of the best burger joints you can find. The price is a bit steep but I think it's well worth the price on the burger experience and flavors this place offers. If you are in for a serious burger craving and has the cash to burn then this place is definitely an easy recommendation.
