Ayala Cinema Malls Movie Snackbar Starwars Tumblers Review

With Starwars The Last Jedi showing in theaters and Ayala malls all over the country, the folks at  Ayala Mall Cinema, Movie Snackbar and Starwars set out to delight Starwars fans and moviegoers once again.

Partnering with Starwars, Movie Snackbar and Ayala malls gave moviegoers and fans a chance to get some collectible Starwars tumblers that I find so perfect when going out on Starwars movie night or when one is having a Starwars themed party and events or simply just something for the Starwars collector out there.

For less than two hundred pesos, a person can get one of these and it comes with your favorite drinks at any Movie Snackbar branches in the metro. They are shaped like those Collectible Soda Can which is not your typical tumbler design and is great for Starwars collectors.

First Order Stormtrooper Executioner

These are probably exclusive for Ayala Cinema malls and Movie Snackbar branches in the Philippines as I've yet to see something similar-looking Starwars tumbler soda cans elsewhere on the internet as of the posting of this blog. Truly a novelty item for Starwars fans and collectors.

Kylo Ren

The tumblers come in five different designs to choose from -from the First Order Stormtrooper Executioner, Kylo Ren, R2D2, Chewbacca and BB8.
Personally I think Yoda would make a good addition to the set and would probably come in green as Chewbacca is brown, but that's just me.

R2D2

The tumbler designs are well detailed. An example of this is that every line of hair of the Chewbacca tumbler connects and the hair lines on the tumbler caps so you know they took special care in designing these things. That is some attention to details.

Chewbacca

The Starwars Soda Can bottle has studs on the top and bottom of them so they can be stacked together much like how a basic LEGO Block works. I'm not sure what other purpose those studs do aside from stocking the tumblers on top of each other but I'd probably go out on a limb and guess they could probably hold a topper figure of some sort in the future.

BB8

Sadly these tumblers are not made to hold hot water. Do not use strong dishwashing soaps or even dishwashers to clean them and they are not ideal for microwave ovens and the likes either.

The top and bottom studs on the trumblers look like LEGO Blocks

They require luke(<--- see what I did there)warm water to rinse and clean. So don't Force choke me saying I didn't warn you. It's written on the small plastic bag that the tumblers come with.

Just an example on how well these things connect to each other

The tumblers are rather pricey and they do not hold as much liquid compared to the other tumblers that Movie Snackbar has released before. But if you consider the design and novelty appeal of this, it's well worth the money you pay for, specially how Starwars collector items are priced these days.
